• Lead 2 teams (up to total 12 developers) working on missing-critical systems.
• Was responsible for all architectural and technological decisions in these teams (one of them was department's framework team), guidance and development of team members, R&D processes and practices, hiring, people management and operations of the systems.

• Worked on multiple mission-critical zero-errors tolerance systems with emphasis on low-level OS and networking APIs.
• During last year took one of leading roles in design and development of new department's framework and also was responsible for its quality (designing and implementing testing frameworks as well writing test specification and controlling tests implementation)
