Lead multiple projects under the Universal Connectivity initiative which enables cross platform connectivity using existing connectors to third party SaaS offerings. I helped building the adapter layer for Anypoint & several connectors which worked using that Adapter.
An active contributor on the MuleChain Project. The MuleChain project is an AI initiative driven entirely by communtiy efforts. It represents the most innovative no-code approach, allowing MuleSoft users to build autonomous agents effortlessly.
Part of the file family connectors, worked on very high impact and critical items with a very demanding deadline. Provided the solutions to problems in sftp connector by tweaking the security parameters and providing the flexibility to the user as per their convenience. This further helped in turning red accounts to green. Apart from that also helped to reduce a significant no. of issues and bugs pertaining to fixing low level code that enables file transfer.
Part of the J17 upgrade initiative and worked on other technically challenging items as part of the J17 upgrade including Byte code manipulation, dynamic classloading, etc.

Improved Zeta’s Payment Switch capabilities by adding functionality of supporting & handling UPI transactions. Hence, developed boilerplate technology which banks can use in order to create their own UPI Payment Service Provider. I was involved in the whole project journey from starting to
its launch.
Also involved in oveseeing switch certification which included collaboratoin with multiple teams in & outside Zeta including HDFC & NPCI. Helped with performance testing using tools like Gatling and Wiremock.
Along with that, also worked on Tachyon Credit & Sparrow Initiatives to develop the ability to accept and facilitate credit card txns coming through VISA or MASTERCARD networks helping Zeta to develop issuer processor capabilities.
Helped to build the entire observability stack from ground up for both UPI & sparrow projects.
Also involved in hiring/acquisition activities as well & took 60+ interviews.
