• Managed 4 products (Sellular, PHLO, Console, Call Insights) with a combined team size of 20. I was also responsible for the Client SDK team for the initial six months.
• Involved in building the team and the Sellular application from scratch. Sellular is a communication tool for Sales teams using which they can interact with customers. It allows users to buy phone numbers, make outbound, and receive inbound calls and messages. It was developed for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Launched Console 2.0 which was a complete UX/UI revamp of the Plivo customer application in addition to adding multiple customer-facing features to the product
• Managed the public beta and GA releases of the Call Insights product which is used to assess call quality and provide various insights for voice calls including jitter, packet loss
• Stabilized the PHLO service and also worked on improving the scalability and reliability of the same
