With a strong academic background from premier institutions like the National Centre for Biological Sciences, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (NCBS-TIFR) and the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali, I have cultivated a multidisciplinary skill set spanning biological sciences, finance, and technology. At the Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (inStem), I work as a Research Associate and postdoctoral researcher. My research focuses on human brain organoids to model neurological and neurodevelopmental diseases, aiming to bridge the gap between lab discoveries and therapeutic innovation. During my Ph.D., my work centered on auditory hair cell development, differentiation, and regeneration, critical for understanding sensory hair cell loss and repair in the inner ear.
