• Working in Office 365 team to add new features in Powerpoint Online.
• Shipped the following features which were the major Editing gaps to bring powerpoint online in parity with Powerpoint desktop and Google slides.
• 1. SmartGuide: A suggestion tool which uses guiding lines inside powerpoint online which suggests user to align their objects as they want in their presentation.
• 2. Arrange(Align,Distribute & Rotate): Unblocking users to align, distribute and rotate objects in a presentation.
• 3. Color Picker: This enables users to use more than 16 million different colors in the presentation for shapes,text,tables and even outlines.
• 4. Custom Size and Rotate: This feature allows user to give extra flexibilities to manipulate any object's height,width & rotation precisely via a dedicated format options pane and other entry points as well.
• These features will help unblock millions of Powerpoint desktop users to use Powerpoint online.
• Worked on the UX refresh project which focuses on modernizing the experience of Powerpoint online.
• Worked on creating Tabbed Taskpane control as part of the above project and integrated all the taskpanes to be shown under Tabbed Taskpane control. Earlier the taskpanes were getting launched as stacked one before the other which was hampering the canvas experience for the user.
