• The accounting system demanded extensive domain expertise and its exploration led to significant delays, hampering new business launches. Consequently, I spearheaded the requirements gathering, proposed solutions, designed infrastructure, created UX mock-ups, and also led junior engineers while developing an entire web application. This system effectively captured institutional knowledge, autonomously generated configurations with minimal manual intervention, eliminating the requirement for a subject matter expert. My contributions extended to developing the entire frontend and playing a substantial role in translating institutional knowledge into a knowledge base and partially but significantly in generating the configs.
• The business team's royalty costing system carried substantial overhead and reliability issues. I delved into the legacy business logic, embedded in 12 years of Java code for our books business, and adeptly transformed it into configurations and Groovy scripts, integrating it into the centralized costing system owned by a platform team post user acceptance testing and VP sign-offs. This move enabled us to retire our hosted services, shedding overhead and shifting maintenance duties to the newly established costing team. As a result, we successfully eradicated maintenance costs totaling $20,000 annually.
• Integrated Self service tool with Financial operations API warning the customer's expiring accounts in UI.

• The self-service tool initially had 20 publishers' hard-coded data, which needed scaling to all (2300+). I identified the authoritative source across teams and data stores, integrating it with auto- suggestions in the UI for seamless user access via the created low-latency API.
• Designed Single sign in Voice and Graphical User interface for Netflix in Alexa devices enabling users to skip sign in.
• Developed copy configurations functionality saving 33hrs/month of vendor managers effort
