• 1. Built and scaled a system that handled the onboarding of new delivery
• partners in Swiggy. The system has now onboarded more than 3 lakhs new
• delivery partners.
• 2. Independently designed and implemented a micro service that exposed an
• API to serve delivery executives' scorecards. The API in production serves a
• throughput of 3k requests per minute.
• 3. Designed, implemented and scaled a microservice that made the app reactive
• to the on-ground situation of the delivery executives. With the help of this the
• DE app became capable to guide delivery executives based on his situation
• on the ground. This system together delivers more than 10 lakh push notifications
• and SMSs daily.
• 4. Implemented a microservice that configured different workflows for providing
• order support to the delivery executives. With this chat bot was configured to
• provide automated support to the delivery executives' issues. This system
• now resolves around 3k issues per minute.
