• Over 8000 vehicles are produced in a day at the Gurgaon MSIL plant, efficiency becomes a huge parameter thus. My main task was to monitor and strategize operational flow at the Engine Plant machine shop to mitigate operational misses. The outcome of the project increased the efficiency in both machining and economic terms, of the lines. The other trivial task was to successfully manage the annual global audit of the plant, accessed by visiting officers from Japan Headquarters.
