About

I am the co-founder of Riffle, a recruiting tool that rethinks how founders discover and hire AI-native design talent. Our mission is to make design hiring smarter, fairer and faster so great designers are not overlooked and startups can confidently identify true skill and craft. Previously, I was Design Director at Ford Model E, where I led the Safety, Security, and Service team. I set the vision for the future of mobility by helping customers feel safe on the road, secure about their vehicles and belongings, and confident in managing vehicle health through sensing and connected data. Earlier, I worked with Amazon Devices’ innovation lab and IBM Cloud’s design team, gaining experience in building products that marry innovation with scale. With over a decade of global industry experience across San Francisco, Austin, Barcelona, Mumbai, and Bangalore, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to design user experiences that are human-centric, technically feasible, and business viable.
