I filled numerous high-priority roles, including both leadership and individual contributor engineering positions. On two separate occasions, I drove team expansion—doubling one engineering team and tripling another—helping organisations meet critical goals and secure additional funding. My approach focused on deeply understanding each team’s hiring challenges and needs, and I significantly accelerated their recruitment cycles.
