• As a founding team member of Struct, a pre-seed company with three members, including myself, I focus primarily on frontend responsibilities. Since joining, I've led the development of the MVP, restructured the app's architecture, and enhanced its performance. Struct now serves over 150k users. Check out Struct here.
• o Applying compression techniques while fetching data to reduce the response size, and improve the first load. For large user teams this brought down the API response size from 53mb to 3.1mb
• o Changed the core architecture of the app by moving it from Server side rendering to Client side rendering on NextJS, this improved the first load for end users delivering a much better UX.
• o Rewrote the entire websocket layer that communicates with backend and shows realtime updates. It automatically reconnects on frequent disconnections.
• o Shipped the desktop app using tauri framework and using it as a container to serve the web app. This implementation yields app with 90% reduced app size.
• o Added virtualisation in different parts of the app to make it more performant.
• o Added E2E tests using cypress to ensure sanity of the app and less regressions.
• o Made the entire app responsive to pixel perfect design to cater users using mobile devices. o Used zustand for global state management, typescript to ensure type safety, and NextJS.

• Collaborated with BizOps team to successfully launch and implement the Trials infrastructure, providing free access to Postman teams to experience a comprehensive 14-day trial of all core features. This led to a 2% increase in company's ARR.
• After the success of basic 14 day trial, we Implemented perpetual dynamic trials, providing comprehensive product context to teams and nudging them consistently, resulting in a significant increase in conversion rates.
• Introduced innovative measures to enhance conversion by proactively blocking users who circumvented the 14-day trial block by modifying the DOM, demonstrating resourcefulness and dedication to improving the product experience.
• Led pricing page redesign resulting in higher conversion rates, through a new design that effectively highlights all plans and offerings, empowering users to make informed decisions.
• Implemented server-side rendering for notification elements (modals and banners) to enable faster design and content iterations without modifying the source code, while maintaining backward compatibility and reducing dependency on app version.
• Took initiative in developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy, incorporating unit tests and end-to-end tests for team-owned services, resulting in a 18% improvement in the overall quality framework.
• Established the groundwork for a robust experimentation framework, incorporating cutting-edge features such as LaunchDarkly for seamless experimentation, Amplitude for comprehensive event tracking and analysis, and the Interaction Event Service for an efficient interim storage solution.
• Demonstrated expertise in successfully collaborating across time zones and leading the hiring and onboarding of new engineers to expand and strengthen the engineering team, while also contributing to the growth process through the entire growth loop, from product ideation and development to customer acquisition and retention.

• o Developed Image Transformer microservice which resizes any input image to given dimensions. Useful for transforming product images into template placeholders.
