• I took a break from the predictable career path to build SuprFollow, a platform focused on helping creators build meaningful communities and monetize sustainably.
• What started as an idea turned into a real product. I went from zero to shipping the MVP, onboarding ~500 creators, building a lean team, and running everything from product and engineering to creator onboarding, sales conversations, and marketing experiments.
• The journey was intense. I learned more about building products, working with people, selling without a playbook, handling rejection, and making hard decisions than I ever did in my years as an engineer. Not everything went as planned. Despite strong conviction and relentless execution, I couldn’t raise the capital needed to scale, and eventually had to shut the platform down.
• But I don’t see this as a failure. I see it as earned experience.
• Building SuprFollow fundamentally changed how I think about technology, leadership, and business. I now approach engineering with a stronger product mindset, cost consciousness, bias for action, and a deep respect for execution over ideas.
• I’m currently focused on engineering leadership roles where I can apply these lessons to build scalable systems, strong teams, and products that actually move the needle.

• 12% Club (Consumer Lending Platform)
• Led the development of BharatPe’s first consumer product, 12% Club, a P2P lending and deposit platform. Drove rapid development and launch, scaling the product to 750K users within 6 months while ensuring stability and regulatory readiness.
• Centralized Notification Platform
• Architected and delivered a unified notification service used across all BharatPe products, supporting SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Email with multiple providers per channel. Implemented template-level load balancing and failover, handling 600–700 TPS at peak. Exposed via REST APIs, service clients, and Kafka, significantly reducing integration time and improving observability across teams.
• Centralized NBFC Abstraction Layer
• Led the development of a core NBFC service integrating multiple lending partners, abstracting loan creation and lifecycle management for all lending products and enabling faster onboarding of new NBFCs.
• In-App Chatbot Platform
• Delivered a chatbot within the BharatPe app to automate user support flows and reduce dependency on manual customer operations.
• Merchant QR Fulfillment Automation
• Automated the end-to-end QR sticker delivery workflow, from pending order processing and QR generation to print vendor integration and pickup/delivery orchestration with logistics partners. The system reliably handled daily high-volume merchant orders with minimal manual intervention.
• Engineering Mentorship & Quality
• Mentored engineers on clean architecture, design patterns, and best practices, raising overall code quality and ownership across the team.

• Developed an “Automator – SIPP test tool”
• A GUI tool to test multiple sipp calls at once.
• Development carried using TCL/TK and EXPECT in UNIX environment.
• Had good knowledge of SIP protocol, SIPP tool, IMS.
• The tool goes into client and server folders to fetch xml scenario files one by one. It then creates sipp commands within the automator and shows the scenarios as check buttons on the screen. Users can select any check button and the corresponding test case will be executed. Parameter values like client ip, server ip, ports etc can be saved to a file which can be used later. “EXPECT” extension is used to interact with the running process. After execution finishes all test cases, the tool catches the errors (if any) and creates logs and shows a summary report of execution.
