• I interned with the Data Sciences Infrastructure team in the [24]7 Innovation labs. [24]7 Customer Pvt. Ltd. targets to improve the revenue of their clients by improving the experiences of their customers on multiple channels. They achieve this by predicting the intent of customers in real-time and providing context-rich interventions like - chat invites to potential customers or providing them with some additional information to assist them in their decisions. I worked on building a user state storage engine using graph database (Neo4j), which assists the prediction engine by keeping track of the journey of each user
