Procurement team - 24x7, decentralized, with killer instinct; empathy-first approach to partnerships with farmers allowed us to build a very committed community of farmers and agri-preneurs across the Palghar - Nashik - Ahmednagar - Pune - Kard - Satara belt. This is the secret sauce for our best in class fulfillment and consistency in quality.
  • 3. Category team - Articulates the method in the madness of pricing, forecasting and new sourcing through a combination of on ground human intelligence, mathematical models, evidence from our own recent data trends to take merchandising decisions and set P&L targets everyday.
