About

As a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, I aim to build efficient data management systems for AI applications such as video analytics and large language models (LLM). My research focuses on accelerating query processing on AI platforms with low latency and high accuracy. For example, I developed a novel video analytics system that can answer complex queries involving multiple objects, attributes, and events in videos. I am currently working on optimizing LLM-powered retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for faster and better question answering. I have also gained industry experience as a Research Scientist Intern at Adobe, where I worked in the real-time experiences (REAL) lab. I applied ML techniques to create personalized video editing tools that can recommend the best highlights and edits from raw footage. I completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
