On the Search capacity planning team,
I built a system to automate Google Search's capacity provisioning reliably and efficiently across the globe which saves $X0M USD through flexibility via real-time query load-balancing.
Our team won a "Gold" Performance optimization award at Google in Q3 2022 for our work and resource savings.
On the Search Infrastructure team (which powers Search surfaces like google.com, YouTube, Gmail and Drive),
I worked on a microsecond query scheduling and isolation system for Google Search which improved the process of running search quality experiments without compromising on production safety.
I focused on Search reliability and performance problems faced by the Search Infrastructure clients across Google while suggesting and driving relevant improvements.
