I’m a strategy-driven product builder working at the intersection of AI and fintech. My current work involves shaping and driving the development of an agentic AI automation layer that supports customer experience at scale—defining capabilities and workflows, contributing to micro-agent design, optimising processes, and driving adoption across teams. I work closely with orchestration tools like n8n, and understand how to structure problems for AI—where automation creates value, where it can fail, and how to design resilient systems around those edge cases. Across roles in payments and financial products - spanning Online Payments Gateway (PG), Point of sale (POS) and merchant experience - I’ve developed a strong understanding of how fintech systems behave end-to-end. Before fintech, I worked on large strategic initiatives at BCG, which built my foundation in analytical problem-solving, GTM thinking, sales acceleration, operational execution, and multi-stakeholder management. These skills continue to shape how I drive product initiatives from strategy to implementation. I care about building high-impact products and systems that solve real problems, improve user experience, and move business outcomes meaningfully forward.
