• Lead developer for creating the end-to-end pipeline for Automated Notification Closure (ANC) project. Based on the status and meeting the defined rules, it sends automated followup notifications to customers when their cloud maintenance activities are done. Its impact is faster and consistent customer communication. Before automation, this work was performed manually by ~100 operations team staff.
