Prior to Livspace, Abhishek was the Head of Product at Careem, where he spearheaded the transformation from a ride-hailing app to an everyday super-app across 21 markets. He launched and grew six new verticals, including deliveries, payments, mass transportation, and personal mobility, generating multi-million dollar revenues and creating a loyal customer base. He was also a key deal team member who represented the product function in Uber's $3.1 billion acquisition of Careem, one of the largest technology M&A deals in the Middle East. Abhishek holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Masters degree in Management from London Business School. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and create positive impact. He is an active investor, mentor, and advisor in the startup ecosystem across India, GCC, and Europe.
