• Intel Generator: System that scrapes the internet for news articles/blogs and then recommends relevant articles/blogs as intel for SDRs. The system has scraped over 20 million articles so far and provided over 500 intels to 100 SDRs
• AdaptIO Integration: Implemented the integration of user acquisition and search provided by AdaptIO to provide more accurate and relevant leads to clients.
• Bot Trap: System to identify if email opens and clicks are by bots or genuine humans. Helps us provide more accurate statistics to clients about the performance of their email campaigns.
• Email Bounce Handler: System to handle email bounce notification for campaigns run by clients themselves while using content and personalization provided by Credibase
• Campaign manager: System that allows users to organise and run email campaigns using information available on the Credibase platform for highly personalised emails. Allows targeting of email campaigns to be setup in an automated manner. Provides near real time statistics on the status of the campaigns being run.
• Prospect User Search System: System to provide high quality leads/prospects and the potential market for the same using criteria provided by the clients and information available about the clients (services and products offered for example)
• Elasticsearch Data Management System: Infrastructure to allow easier management of the data on the elasticsearch clusters being used and to allow keeping the data on the clusters up to date and easily accessible as needed. Also systems to easily migrate data from one elasticsearch index to another as the needs arise.
