I am currently managing the food delivery and dine out business at Grab, which is the largest contributor to our P&L. In my current role, I work closely with country leaders to help deliver on our financials as well as with regional teams (technology, marketing, sales) to build long term moats. Prior to this role, I have had the privilege leading product for all 3 major business lines of Grab - ACE (food delivery, grocery delivery, dine out) for 2.5 years+, GFG (payments, paylater, payment processing, lending, insurance) for 3+ years and Mobility (ride hailing, share, public transport) for 1.5+ years Prior to Grab, I worked with OLA (2.5 years) where I built Supply product team from scratch and made products which impacted millions of drivers and operators. I also set up the CEO Operating system and led critical projects as 1st Chief of Staff and Strategy Head for OLA. Prior to this, tried to make a small change to the way Urban India eats with my start-up - FRSH.com. It focused on delivering healthy and tasty food on demand. Started with 50 orders/day and scaled up to 1000 orders/day with 1 central kitchen in Gurgaon within 1 year of starting Got my initial professional training as a strategy consultant at McKinsey for 5+ years with experience across FMCG, Telecom, Technology, Pharma, Insurance, around the world (India, US, SE Asia, Europe). Was also part of NJ office (US) for 14 months. Did Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi (2006) and MBA from IIM Bangalore (2008).
