About

With over 13 years of experience in product management and technology, I have led and contributed to the creation and growth of various products and businesses at the intersection of technology, research, art, and e-commerce. I have a passion for understanding customer behavior, psychology, preferences, and needs, and finding ways to delight them and create value. I currently lead product management for multiple fintech business lines across crypto, Mutual funds, US stocks, at CoinSwitch, a leading crypto exchange platform. I am responsible for the crypto retention charter, and launching and scaling the mutual funds and US stocks products from scratch. Previously, I worked at Flipkart, where I headed the delivery experience product team, and led innovation across the entire post-delivery experience, as well as the Flipkart Quick product, which pioneered India's Q-commerce led experience of delivering multiple categories in 90 minutes. Before that, I was the founding product manager for Delhivery's supply chain and warehousing products for B2C and B2B customers. I also have a strong technical background, having spent five years as a full-stack engineer. I enjoy reading about human motivation and psychology, picking up new things to learn, and chatting with customer and problem-obsessed founders. I am always open to exploring new opportunities and challenges, and leveraging my skills and expertise to make a positive impact.
