I am a passionate Software Engineer who loves to code and developing the web applications. Coming to my technical abilities, I specialise in JavaScript and have professional experience on working with full stack development and leading the development teams. I got onboarded to end user facing product as a software engineer where I got an opportunity to work and ship many major user level and development features related to Web app (which does provided a value). I worked for one of the major product company SPA Web app which provides functionality related to control Home automation products.
Below are the key responsibilities and work I made while working as an engineer:
Analyzed and understand the legacy code pieces present within codebase and migrated legacy code pieces to flagship React + Redux library code.
Worked on different production app issues (P0 / P1s) which were blockers and shipped them in a quicker way by providing detailed analysis.
In this period, I've got opportunities to deal with issues related to timezone which required lot of debugging analysis (especially issues related to DST).
I have delved into the timezones in this period to understand their significance and how exactly libraries / inbuilt Date classes present in Javascript work and acquired an indepth understanding of timezones concept in both technical and non technical aspects.
Took up more responsibility on developing the small to medium level new end user facing features, designed a solutions for them.
Worked on couple of features related to SSR (ExpressJs) and able to get a high level understanding on how Web apps work and can be implemented with Server side / Client side rendering (using associated libraries).
Participated in hiring drives and helped on reviewing / evaluating the programming tests.
