Backed by Lightspeed, executives from Open AI, Zapier, TCS etc. We were recently recognised by Forbes as well. I used to work as a Senior Product Engineer in Sprinklr, Inc., in the backend Care Division of the company. I had ownership of various features at scale like Voice Calling, Video Calling, Chat and Voice/Chat bots, Transcripts and Recordings, Encryption and Privacy etc. Some of the MVP features developed by me cater to 13k customer care agents' call handling as we speak - at about 3 million calls a day - and this is just for one client. I have intimate knowledge of cutting edge tech like Kubernetes, MQTT, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, GRPC microservice architectures, Helm, Ingress etc. Prior to this, I had also interned at Microsoft and secured a PPO for my performance, a project that was integrated into production and worked at scale. Worked in the security vertical. As for my academic qualifications, I had graduated from IIT Madras with a B.Tech in CSE, and a 9.16 CGPA. Apart from having a sound background in the fundamentals of CS, I had worked extensively in the field of ML/DL during my coursework, and to this end, I have completed my B.Tech thesis on Efficient Hardware Aware Transformers. Had also secured a scholarship for working on the same from Samsung. I am also an NTSE scholar (top ~700 in the country), and had qualified for the KVPY fellowship with an AIR of 168. Besides my profession and academics, I enjoy travelling, cooking, reading and am an ardent sports fan, especially football. I also pursue art passionately as a hobby.
