• 1. Collaborating across multiple teams within and outside Cisco in various location like India, China, Taiwan, USA to Design, Develop, Test and Deliver ASIC screening tool named ATIP. This tools improves the ASIC screening time by 10x. This is huge contribution to the cisco revenue when screening time is charged in terms of per seconds.
• 2. Functionally manage multiple people from multiple team across the globe to enhance ASIC screening process for Cisco.
• 3. Guiding/Instructing various diagnostic teams, Manufacturing teams, SW teams, QA teams and vendors like MediaTek, Rambus, Marvel for release quality, release process, release dates, documents, wiki, ppts for proper functioning of Screening tools.
• 4. Managing and Maintaining the development of ASIC SDK for dozens of Cisco ASIC's. These ASICs are parts of various customer centric products and contribute to the big chunk of cisco revenue.
• 5. Driving cross-functional debug and resolution across Apps/SW/HW teams to debug critical customer issues. Provide all possible fixes to the live systems for real-time support
