• Developed Rattle Workspaces, a multi-tenant system enabling clients to create multiple isolated workspaces/environments with multiple CRM and messaging app integrations. This solution achieved a 100% reduction in downtime and errors by preventing direct changes to the Rattle production environment.
• Built the Customer Analytics Platform, showcasing historical feature usage and analytics data for key Rattle features such as Workflows, Dealrooms, etc. Established data pipelines and scheduled daily/monthly jobs to run complex aggregate queries, storing aggregated data in the PostgreSQL DB.
• Optimized a monthly analytics job to run 60% faster and use 80% fewer infrastructure resources by optimizing database queries, adding indexes, and implementing asynchronous programming.
• Completely revamped Rattle's Customer Onboarding journey and Homepage. Utilized Redis caching on top of PostgreSQL DB to efficiently store and query data, and Kubernetes for the deployment.

• Owned and developed Backend for several projects end-to-end, from planning, design, implementation, testing to 100% production rollout.
• Driver Location extrapolation: Predicting driver’s location in the areas where the GPS accuracy is low using mobile’s sensor data(accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer) to give customers smooth tracking experience. • Platformised Gojek’s Share trip service to be used by Gojek’s Food delivery, Logistics and E-Commerce tracking. Scaled the service to be able to handle 800% more traffic.
• Created a completely new UI for Share trip web application in React.js for the most optimised UX in both desktop and mobile screens.
• Migrated a stand-alone Redis to a Redis Cluster for one of the most critical services responsible for storing Driver Locations.
