• Developed and launched a technical product for providing approval business workflow as a service for adoption in multiple business scenarios. Acted as the primary POC for the same when onboarding various clients.
• Developed a confidential product for preparing amazon for its RTO program under extreme deadlines and lead a team of multiple SDEs for the same. Worked vigorously with the PMT & Tech Director to determine the product requirements & facilitating its development lifecycle including design, implementation & testing (independently and with QA team for regressions). Received recognition from Director & VP for the same.
• Architected the Invoice Approval Workflow systems for deprecating the legacy OFA platform in Corporate Invoicing System. Handles 100K new approval requests every month. Lead a team of 8 SDEs for the same. Worked with various other teams across org to solve legacy integration challenges & drove consensus for the same.
• Mentored junior engineers as well as guided in designs of various team projects. Was the first developer in the team in Gurgaon office and helped hire/onboard approx. 20 others.
• Lead the design & execution of all new requirements in the Payee Central domain related to payee account management or system tackling concerns related to banking data collection. Continuously acted as the team tech lead of the Payee Central Systems.

• Did the design of the new Account Closure System & implemented the same with a team of four SDEs. Acted as the primary POC to the business. Achieved 98% automated resolution for all incoming requests for the same.
• Acted as the team lead for the Contact Automation front & responsible for maintaining the internal service responsible for routing every inbound external seller contact. Worked with the management to drive the future roadmap of the systems & went to the OP1 planning meetings for the same.

• Launched case resolution automation workflows for handling seller contacts related to various business flows like IIDP, ASIN Merge, Account Closure, Hazardous materials, etc. Achieved approximately 40% automation of the incoming contacts (and even 90%+ for the scenario of Account Closure).
• Acted as the primary POC for an internal technology (RacerX) in the Gurgaon office during its setup.

• Part of the team that developed a new Business Management tool that can be used by developers/technical program managers/PMs for developing pluggable workflows as well as rules. Worked on both front-end and back-end technologies and was the primary developer for its UI.
• The tool successfully reduces the development and production launch time for workflows/rules by 40-50%.

• Worked as a SDE Intern at Microsoft India Development Center in Bing (Weather).
• Developed an answer service on the new application platform (XAP.vNext) for the weather segment.
• Successfully delivered the components by collaborating closely with the team members, developed a detailed design for the same and implemented the code as well as the unit tests.
