• My expertise lies in developing and launching successful products and leading high-performing teams. I launched SmartPOS, a SAAS product that offers a billing solution for Indian small and medium retailers, both on mobile and desktop platforms. In addition, I led a team of SDEs to develop a monitoring and alerting system for our internal APIs and infrastructure, which improved our production readiness and SLA for fault tickets. I also formulated a 3-year action plan to identify bottlenecks in our newly launched product, and managed a project with an external organization to launch a website and support portal to increase our online presence. I successfully hired, retained, and grew top talent in the SDE/FEE space by setting yearly goals and holding regular one-on-one meetings.

• As a Tech Lead, I was responsible for communicating with clients, designing data pipelines, and making sure everything ran smoothly. With my team, we created a system that made it much faster for clients to get their data onboarded, cutting the time from 10 weeks to just 2 weeks. I also helped several retailers manage their data across many stores, saving them time and effort. I found a way to store data that was simpler and cheaper, and helped ensure our systems could handle sudden traffic surges. On top of that, I came up with a way for companies to make their own apps within payment platforms, which helped a lot of brands. Finally, I helped deploy our applications on cloud systems like AWS and GCP, making sure everything stayed on track.

• As a Project Lead at Samsung, I ported Vodafone (Europe region) customizations and Samsung code over Google releases for Android OS upgrades by collaborating with cross-sectional teams and integrating various Android modules like Home Screen, Launcher, CSC, and IMS in 8 weeks. I managed projects for OS upgrades, feature commercialization, and security updates of various Samsung models, including flagship models, from project definition to execution. I led a team of 4 members in developing an Integrated Android based device for biometric authentication under Samsung India's "Make for India" initiative. Additionally, I handled integration of IRIS authentication algorithm and PID block generator from a standalone application to KNOX framework in Samsung Experience Platform, resulting in a 60% improvement in user experience. To improve the product roadmap, I traveled to South Korea (2015), Germany (2016), and Russia (2017) to discuss business requirements with local teams and work collaboratively with the HQ team.
