I am a Java Developer with 4 years of experience ,building and managing middle tier and backend applications. Having strong hands at DS & Algos . I get along well in fast paced work environments and working in collaboration with latest technologies. I passed out from Delhi Technological University in 2019 ,in IT branch and joined Royal Bank of Scotland, now known as Natwest Group as a Grad Campus Hire . I have been fortunate to learn all industry required technologies from professionals in a full fleged in-person training for Grads arranged by Natwest ,that gave me a taste of many fields and helped me in choosing my favorite part to work in. As a Grad , we were also given an opportunity to collaborate with other Grads in GRADUATE CHALLENGE 2020 by Technology Academy of RBS , who were spread all over the world and joined the group from different universities ,to work upon an innovative idea from end to end under mentoring of Senior Mentors at RBS , and I am proud to speak that my team was the first runner up team out of 81 teams (including 276 participants) working on the theme - " Supporting our purpose ,create an innovative solution for customers ,communities or colleagues to make a better post Covid-19 World " . And our idea was - " Encourage customers to change their shopping habits and adopt sustainability through a rewards system ,integrated in the existing Natwest Rewards account . Introduce the "Feel Good" rewards that encourage customers to spend with eco-friendly suppliers and get cashbacks and green points" . It was a really great experience throughout. In my time till now with the bank , I had been part of 2 different teams - First one being the Business Enablement team that creates In-house tools and websites, like Global Resource Requirement Portal , for smoother functioning of day to day needs and activities of our colleagues. Major tech that I got to work here for around 8 months were C# ,Javascript and Confluence. In my approx 2.5 years of Experience at my 2nd team , I am working on Credit Risk Solutions division for the bank and involved in working on redesigning and adding new modules in application framework. I am experienced with Java Building restful & Soap based APIs Microservice concept using Springboot Data Structures & Algorithms Spring Framework I believe in Simple and Extensible Design Performance and Speed Clean and reusable code Scalability
