I’m an Engineering Manager at Lucidity, leading multi-disciplinary teams building cloud infrastructure software for large, demanding enterprise customers. I come from a strong technical background and have built and owned core systems end to end, including customer lifecycle management, cloud onboarding, RBAC, and billing. My focus has always been on building systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to operate. Today, my scope is broader. I define architecture, align teams around clear technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and ensure that both systems and teams scale sustainably. I focus on leverage. I design systems that reduce operational overhead, create ownership models that hold up as teams grow, and help engineers develop into leaders who can independently drive complex problem spaces.
