• OMS (Order management System): Part of Myntra’s OMS team which is responsible for handling several aspects of a customer’s journey on the Myntra platform including order placement, cancellation, refunds, invoice generation, taxation and maintaining order history.
• OMS service for Myntra SKUs listed on Flipkart platform: Design and implementation from ground up of a service to handle order management life-cycle (order placement, fulfillment and returns) of myntra SKUs listed on Flikpart platform..
• Remediation Service: Design and implementation from ground up of a remediation service which takes care of applying remedy in case of any breaches in our SLA’s. eg: order cancellation post 24hrs in-case of payment failure
• Instant cashback recovery: Design and implementation of an instant cashback recovery feature to recover bank cash-backs in case of returns and cancellations leading to approx 17Cr CM and around 261Cr GMV savings.
• Convenience fee claw-back: Design and implementation of a feature to ensure collection and recovery of convenience fee, eg: platform fee in case of multi item orders and returns, leading to upwards of 200Cr GMV savings.
• Server-less tech integration to OMS: Design and implementation for on-boarding OMS to Azure ecosystem. POC done via a bulk invoice api utilizing Azure’s functions.

• Developed SDK to support CRUD operations on comments in offline and online store.
• Worked on syncing customised settings for users: a plug-in which helps to sync user’s
• settings to the cloud for different Adobe products across different platforms.
• Worked on ANS (nootification service) for sending sync updates to the system.
• Working on Sync Engine which sync dcx files(used By Adobe XD app) and psd format(used by photoshop) to sync these to the cloud.
• Two way syncing of comments between cloud and device by uploading local changes to the cloud and vice versa(which is currently being used internally by Adobe Acrobat reader).
• Handling conflict scenarios using 3 way merge by choosing between local, remote, and merged entity.
