I completed my MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2017. I am passionate about Product management. What I like is the freedom to innovate, think from long term perspective, simple solutions to complex problems, thinking from consumer perspective and building for the consumers , level of responsibility and ownership that comes with the job and fact you can make substantial impact on business. During my MBA, I got an opportunity to work with Proctor and Gamble as a sales intern. Though a short stint but a very enriching experience to learn the dynamics of offline retailing and work with extremely competent and motivated people. Prior to MBA I worked at Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd for 3 years. Flipkart provided me opportunities to work across multiple business functions Technology, Operation and Business Teams on challenging problem statements which gave me broader idea about my strengths and what motivates me. At IIM my focus was to sharpen my skills to get better understanding to solve complex business problem involving data analysis, consumer feedback, strategy and innovative thinking
