• With a vision to create a highly predictable, convenient, efficient yet affordable Pan-India bus network Jitender, Gaurav and I set out on this journey in early 2015.
• Over the next few years with the support of institutional VC funds and many angel investors including the likes of Orios Venture Partners, Omidyar Networks and VentureEast; together with a motivated team of around 150 inspired professionals we have managed to build a unique platform that has till Aug’18 supported more than 5 million rides in 5 cities through a network that operates 500 buses, on over 100 routes with almost 4L seat KMs operated daily. With a ZipGo bus consuming less than 1/6th fuel in comparison to a car, it also positively contributes to the environment by emitting 2.4X less CO2 than a car, 1.12X less than a two-wheeler and 2.3X less than any three wheeler.
