• Roles:
• 1) As we manage the complete infrastructure of our clients so we have to keep the servers up to date with the latest patches released by the software maker(Technology used for Patching WSUS and SCCM).
• 2) We manage VCenter as well so we take of host patching and creation and deletion of process.
• 3) We have the server under our support so we have to make sure they are virus prove. So we keep our Antivirus up to date and also make sure all the servers are getting updated with the latest DAT versions so that they are also updated(Technology used McAfee and System Center Configuration Manager and Symantec End Point Protection).
• 4) We manage Microsoft Azure technologies as well like MFA, StorSimple.
• 5) We have worked on IIS application as well to support the Client websites.
• 6) We have also worked VMWare VDI and we have full control over the VDI infra and support from Top to Bottom. From the time we create the Master/Parent VM to we we deploy it or the end user's using its replica and also assign disk space for the end users. Also made sure we have different Desktop pools for the set of user's with specific requirements and user's with multiple requirements are made member's of those different VDI Desktop pools for there effective work.
• 7) Have also worked on Citrix Xenapp. not in detail but have clear picture of what to be done on Xenapp if any issue occurs.
• 8) Also worked on Azure Cloud and manage the servers hosted on Azure CLoud.
