• Working on the development of Central Order Manager (Also Known as Heart of Buy Platform) from scratch. It is the part of platform driven approach taken in Airtel which consists of four bigger critical platforms - Buy, Bill, Pay, Serve.
• Aim - Central order manager (COM) is responsible to manage complete order lifecycle for all new acquisitions, change orders, inflight order change journeys etc in Airtel ecosystem across all channels. channels could be assisted like Airtel Stores, Retailers And self serve like Airtel Thanks App, Website etc.
• COM is responsible from Lead creation till Activation for all Line of business like Mobility, Telemedia, DTH, Airtel Black etc. It provides omni-channel experience across channels.
• Impacts - It has reduced the GO TO Market Time from A Month to Week.
• It has given flexibility to change the orchestration of journey with respect to channels, category etc.
• It has reduced duplicate dev efforts hence helped in cost reduction.
• it provides capability to define workflows via GUI.
