• IRIS EMAIL Service:-
• Building a highly scalable e-mail sending and receiving service to help digital marketers and application developers send marketing, promotional, and transactional emails. It is a reliable internal service of Microsoft for businesses of all sizes that use email to keep in contact with their customers. In peak time, the service can handle 1.5B mails per day at 99.99% availability with <5 seconds latency.
• Microsoft Rewards Action Center Notification:-
• Enabled the capability to send windows toast notification targeting 50+ million users for real-time scenarios for all of Microsoft Rewards partners including Bing, Edge, AMC, store, and Xbox. Notifications sent to existing members had an impressive >12.5% CTR (>5x CTR a lift of >10% ).
• IRIS powered Microsoft Rewards:-
• This project promotes Rewards offers across various products in Microsoft such as Lock Screen, Start Menu, Edge Start, AMC, Xbox, Office etc.
• One of such initiatives is launching rewards on Xbox console using Iris Campaign services. With Rewards on Xbox console, gamers would earn points doing certain activities on the strategically placed Microsoft offers which would result in revenue growth and higher engagement.
• Microsoft Campaign Management System(IRIS):-
• Iris drives In-Product advertisement like spotlights on windows lock screen, punch card offers on XBOX, suggestions on MSN and EDGE etc.
• Implemented Document DB as the backend(DAL Layer & BAL Layer) of IRIS tool to store creative assets, campaign assets, metadata assets.

• Digital Crime Unit(DCU):-
• Designed and developed generic ETL framework for Digital Crime Unit Business. This framework is adopted by them for their internal secured data movement and processing. It can transfer TBs of data between Datamall, Feedstore, IaaS, SQL Server, PDW, Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Data warehouse with multiple data loading types like delta, full-pull, batching, merging and partition swapping. It supports enterprise application features like parallelism, traceability, logging, scheduling and event handling. It has other features like job validator, index creation/updating, Trend rule, AAD authentication and Email notification after job completion.
• CELA BOT:-
• CELA Bota is a business and operational bot for CELA, primarily focusing on Record center, Philanthropies, ContractPro business. BOT is built using LUIS framework, BOT rest API, Service Fabric, Auth Bot and Micro-Services, Azure Queue and Table Storage. In Record center business, onboarding SharePoint site can be handled by a bot with no involvement of SWE.
• ADF Telemetry as a Service(TaaS):-
• ADF TaaS (Telemetry as a Service) is a telemetry platform which offers seamless onboarding of ADFs, storing ADF telemetry data, analyzing and providing suggestions
• for performance optimization and reducing the cost with the help of Cost Reduction Analysis report, Live site report etc. Innovated the idea, designed targeting 100+ tenants, implemented e2e using Azure ML Studio,.Net core, Entity Framework, Azure Queue, Table Storage, API app, Logic App, Web App, React JS. It serves 30+ tenants.

• CELA BI PaaS Migration:-
• I helped the team with my research and POCs on ADF, SQL data warehouse, API apps and logic apps to schedule timely data acquisition and data processing jobs. Added alerts on the failure of the job for easy maintenance of Operation team. Many businesses like Mercury, SAP, T360, EDB, Requisition, Philanthropy were moved to PAAS as part of this project. Time in data reporting reduced to 80% in almost all businesses. Auto scale-up and scale-down of SQL resources helped to save cost and manual efforts. Overhead of maintaining VM is eliminated. The overall cost of resources is reduced by 90%.
• Record Center:-
• I implemented a very extensible solution for Record Center business to import billions of records from O365 within few minutes to Caspian Data Lake. The maturity of this
• solution is also reflected in Azure PaaS based implementation (API App, Logic App) Multithreading patterns, Retry mechanism, the automated test suit and implementation of CI/CD. We can generate business insights out of onboard data. Using both DataZen reports and BOT on Microsoft Teams, users can analyze various trends, disposition of documents, search using multiple filters.

• Tax Datawarehouse NexGen:-
• I worked on the implementation of Tax Data Warehouse NexGen which has the potential to support up to 100TB data, meeting all aspects of scalability, availability, cost, performance, and maintainability. We turned the Legacy system into Next Gen platform using Hadoop technologies viz; HIVE, HBASE, SPARK, SQOOP and Azure Storage with Azure Data Factory. Performance enhancement achieved was 5-6 times in data pre-processing, 20-50 times in data processing and reporting. My analysis in compression format while migrating and storing, Map Reducer Query optimizing, ETL Flow helped to make the judicious decision on the approach for the NexGen. My contribution in Test Automation Framework reduced the manual effort for validation of data to great extent.
