• As part of the Cloud team at Adobe, developed a service to enhance customer retention for internal teams. The service allowed business users to experiment with personalized experiences across multiple channels by learning from customer journey tests. Key responsibilities included:
• 1. Built a self-service tool enabling users to design and manage personalized campaigns targeting
• specific customer segments through cards, emails, and notifications.
• 2. Developed an Execution Engine to process campaigns and deliver content based on predefined criteria.
• 3. Worked on a Trigger Management System to support various triggers based on changes in user profiles, initiating notifications and emails.
