• At Fuzzy Logix, my overall task was to develop high-performance analytics solutions for Big Data. I contributed to the development of apps for various Data Mining algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests (including Bagging and Boosting), and Clustering algorithms. The code was written in SQL, C++, Python, and Java.
• My main objective was to develop apps displaying the superior performance of Fuzzy Logix algorithms vis-à-vis Teradata Aster algorithms in terms of execution time and accuracy scores. The apps were designed in such a way that they could take any table as input, apply the necessary Machine Learning algorithms, and create effective visualizations, such as interactive Scatter Plots, ROC Curves, Graphical Trees, and Forests using data visualization and interpretation frameworks like D3.js, Chart.js, etc.
• One of the key components of this initiative was to illustrate the results in a way that could be easily interpreted by clients. The modeling was done on bulk data using Teradata Aster, a high-performance computing platform.
• As a display to clients, I applied ensembles of these algorithms to analyze several data sets spanning across domains like healthcare, finance, technology, etc. and derived key business insights for better returns.
