• I was first hired in France to do legal and technical translator work. After 4 months I was promoted to go to the US and implement the vision of the French Bill Gates, Xavier Niel, who created this revolutionary school that democratizes education. 42 Silicon Valley is a non-profit, tuition-free software engineering college.
• I directed the construction work on the campus until completion, opening the school on time. I hired all of the employees in the US. With the help of external lawyers, I successfully set up the non-profit charitable status of the school.

• First 4 English provides English as a Second Language classes to elementary school students at l'Ecole elémentaire Marie de Paris (4e arrondissement). I developed and conducted after school English courses for students. I also created new exercises to best prepare the students for their exams.

I also managed professional English courses in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Data Processing. I was charged with planning programs which were appropriate for students based on their learning capabilities as well as their needs and interests.

I also instructed courses off campus at various locations throughout Paris to bring the language to life, for example at local museums and restaurants.
• When working in the English Department, I interviewed, hired and trained new English instructors and administrative assistants while also creating and streamlining office policies and procedures.
