• I Led Huawei's in-house database product (GaussDB) research and development. We developed various database products- Embedded memory DB for Huawei's Network product line, distributed In-memory and persistant OLTP DB, Real time Analytics DB and MPPDB (GaussDB A) for global Enterprise customers as well as internal products within Huawei. We worked extensively on Database kernel developement including Query Planner, Optimizer, executor and the core database storage engine.
• I was also responsible for the very first version of Database Tools developed for GaussDB database for database administration, Diagnosis & Monitoring and for backup/recovery

• Technical Lead of VPP (versatile protocol platform), the platform served Huawei's 3G Wireless, Core Network and Application & Services product lines. I worked for protocol stack development including SS7 over IP stack (Q.AAL2, M3UA, SUA, IUA, SCTP protocol development), SIP, MRCP, DIAMETER. The deployment mode was embedded, run on RTOS-VxWorks, Unix OS
• As a software developer, I designed and coded key modules of these protocol stacks- Finite state machine, parser, processing modules, system service module, cache and core CBBs. Have developed more than 50 KLOC of code in C and Java overall
