• Leading multiple teams in Snowpark Container Services (SPCS) comprising of Image Registry (Container Image Registry), Ingress (Api Gateway) and Billing. Snowpark Container Services is a fully managed container offering built on top of Kubernetes, which allows customers to run containerized applications within the Snowflake ecosystem, without having to do management, deployment or scaling. SPCS integrates seamlessly with Snowflake, providing access to data, compute resources, and other Snowflake features, all without needing to move data outside the platform.

• Leading a team of 15 people which is the gateway to AWS Lambda dataplane (rate limiting, load-shedding, authn/authz) and orchestrator of lambda function execution (provisioning and connecting to the VM and executing the lambda function). This component is a high scale backend distributed system which operates at TPS of around 7M.

• Designed, executed and launched Lambda Function URLs feature as tech lead along with 15+ SDEs, PMs and SDMs in April 2022. Function URLs offers flexible HTTP endpoints to our customers as a feature of Lambda, which provides capability to customers to add HTTP endpoints to new and existing functions without having to integrate with a separate AWS service. When enabled, the Lambda URL provides a unique HTTPs endpoint per function, making it easy to call functions from web browsers, client applications using standard http libraries, or any other HTTP compatible service including AWS AppMesh.

• Designed, executed and launched Lambda Private Link feature as the tech lead in Nov 2020. With this feature customers can manage and invoke Lambda functions from their Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) without exposing their traffic to the public internet. PrivateLink provides private connectivity between customers' VPCs and AWS services, like Lambda, on the private AWS network. Also, worked on Lambda Provisioned capacity feature to solve the cold start problem along with delivering bad host detection mechanisms.
