• During my time at Google, I led multiple highly strategic programs within GCP to help internal and external adoption of Google Cloud.
• As part of the Alphabet-on-GCP initiative, I led the development of Google's API development and hosting platform to meet the needs of Alphabet and Google product teams running hybrid workloads between GCP and Google's internal Infrastructure.
• As part of Google Cloud's multi-billion dollar Trusted Partner Cloud (TPC) program, I led the API Platform team (group of 25 service teams) contribution to the TPC program.
• My role in these programs was to own the program charter, and the execution plan, lead cross-team and cross-organization collaboration, build scaleable processes for the Engineering leads, and lead reporting to Directors and executive leadership.

• As a Lead Product Manager in the Risk Advisory Practice at Deloitte Canada, I own and manage a portfolio of Products and Managed Services to support our Cyber Risk, Operational Risk, and Regulatory businesses with clients in Financial Services, Government and Energy sector. Reporting to our CTO, I lead a team of Engineers, Solution Architects and Product Managers to fast track development and commercialization of products to support digital transformation of our clients in cloud using advanced analytics, machine learning and other technological imperatives.

• Product lead for a startup that aims to help OTT streaming platforms to make their video content searchable and build engaging content summaries using Computer Vision through a system developed using semi-automatic content annotation and activity recognition pipeline built by the team. The product was supported by Microsoft Startup accelerator program and was piloted with Erosnow.com (200M+ users) but couldn't take off towards a wider launch.

• This experience was part of my consulting business that was a Microsoft Partner Company in India. I built and lead a team of people and partnered with Microsoft on several large scale programs mentioned below during my 6-yr tenure of running this business. I had an opportunity to play many roles as part of my experience including Program Management (primary), Product Management and Tech Lead in various capacity during the duration of the program.
• Microsoft Foundry - Technical Program Manager at Microsoft’s Foundry program at Hyderabad. This program is globally known as Microsoft Garage now and I was part of the founding team for the Hyderabad chapter of this program. In this role, I lead the program delivery with other Microsoft PMs to successfully transform ideas incubated at various Microsoft's business groups into sizeable MVPs and Prototypes with the help of Engineering, Design and Product interns at Microsoft. Successfully delivered more than 30+ projects during the 4-year of engagement, some of these projects are rolled out as part of larger Microsoft's product offerings.
• Microsoft Academia Accelerator – Founding member of the Microsoft Academia Accelerator’s code.fun.do program, responsible for program strategy development, planning and overall program delivery. Code.fun.do is Microsoft's leading program to engage with top engineering universities in India. Under my leadership, my team delivered in total 70+ repeat engagements across 15 top Engineering Universities across India engaging with more than 15,000 Graduate, Post-Grad, and Research students, a good number of those students were included in the Microsoft Foundry program and ultimately hired in full time roles at Microsoft.
