I build things that scale and last. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had the rare chance to work across Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Tech, Retail, and Internet Commerce. Each role gave me valuable learnings but it was Flipkart that became a defining chapter. Across a decade-long journey at Flipkart, I was trusted with some of the most complex, high-leverage problems - from building customer experience strategy ground up to scaling supply chains that could meet India’s rapidly growing e-commerce demand. I scaled their Last Mile logistics from 300K to 4M shipments/day and grew the large & furniture Supply Chain 10X in a year – while improving Customer Satisfaction from ~60% to 90%+ and reducing cost by ~35%. These were foundational to Flipkart’s customer promise and market leadership. Today, I lead Product, Strategy, and Ops for India’s largest & most complex hyperlocal fleet at Swiggy - the backbone for food, grocery, and convenience delivery at a national scale. I’m hands-on, love solving complex, business-critical problems using product, design, operations, strategy & fiercely people-first. I’m known for leading from the front, taking ownership of tough challenges, and delivering impact that’s both measurable and meaningful. In the long run, I hope to continue to solve at scale, build high-performing teams, and shape the next phase of India’s consumer-tech story.
