• I was hired to unite the team in delivering on the engineering aspects of the lending and value-add domains, including integrations into Butn, FlareHR, Valiant, and other core MYOB products. Within five months I was promoted with accountability to continue leading the legacy team while building a new team focused specifically on integration with FlareHR. I supported product management in developing an aligned technology strategy and worked with security and compliance teams to assess our integration partner security posture.
• Highlights include delivering an enhanced customer experience by creating an invoice financing option for customers from within the MYOB platform through full integration with Butn. I also laid the technology groundwork for MYOB’s 2023 acquisition of FlareHR by delivering full integration of the MYOB platform with Flare and strengthened vendor governance to ensure full compliance with standards and procedures.

• Engaged by the Digital Sales Experience function, I held responsibility for leading engineering efforts to consolidate customer-facing platforms and modernise legacy systems into scalable cloud-based solutions. I created significant improvements to efficiency and customer experience by consolidating five customer-facing platforms into a unified, cloud-native system. I elevated operational efficiency and reduced technical debt by negotiating additional funding to support platform modernisation efforts to enable expansion of teams and accelerate critical platform uplift initiatives. I fostered a culture of automation and continuous improvement across global engineering teams, and improved delivery efficiency by expanding the platform team from two to eight members.
