As a tech lead, I have managed a team of performance engineers deliveries in a complex banking transformation (T24 system) and the in-house payment platform. I have set up the test strategy and the test framework for complex, data-driven, high-throughput low-latency tests, with usage of message-driven architecture. Managed the monitoring and instrumentation of the AppDynamics and Splunk monitoring for T24 system and the adjacent java applications. The troubleshooting and RCA included resource management, resolution of complex concurrency problems, memory and network analysis and application profiling of business critical applications, both on staging environments as well as in production.
