• Led design and implementation of a scalable AWS-native offboarding system weekly processing millions of records worldwide, reducing manual intervention. Used Java as the backend for each batch job, and configured job rules and schedules in AWS CDK using TypeScript.
• Built an event-driven pipeline using SNS, SQS, and Lambda for real-time offboarding automation and notifications.
• Engineered a script in Java to backfill millions of data, to a production database with adherence to parallelism, no throttling, and concurrent writes - updating it with real time session-end events triggered via SNS-SQS.
• Improved metadata tracking and metric monitoring across 14 geographies worldwide, by adding new widgets to the Delivery Associate Invitation page using Java in the backend, configurable Ul, and DynamoDB as the database. Refactored legacy code for improved maintainability.
• Automated province-specific background check workflows in Canada, reducing turnaround time by 33% and incorrect submissions by 73.8%. Built a Ul using React framework and JavaScript to equip program managers to configure agreements regionally required.
• Implemented identifiable information access controls on profile pages, reducing exposure risk and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Managed migration for amazon.ie domain.
• Adapted Background Check workflows to meet local regulations and PAN card policy requirements in India.
