As the Chief Technology Officer at Indsafri, I lead the end-to-end technology vision and execution, with a strong focus on AI-driven quality engineering for global enterprises. A large part of my role is to sit with customers, understand their real problems—slow releases, fragile test suites, legacy systems, or poor observability—and translate those into practical, scalable solutions.
I work with our teams to design and build platforms that use LLMs, supervised fine-tuning, and RAG architectures for very specific enterprise use cases, rather than “generic AI demos.” This includes setting up robust evaluation frameworks to measure how well these models actually perform in production, integrating them with existing QA pipelines, and wiring everything into modern DevOps/MLOps workflows.
Ultimately, my responsibility is to ensure that what we build is reliable, secure, and repeatable—so Indsafri can deliver AI-first engineering solutions consistently across regions and deepen its global footprint.

I stay very close to the ground on quality and automation. I review test strategies, challenge assumptions on coverage, and help teams make practical choices on frameworks, environments, and pipelines, especially for complex, high-risk systems in banking and enterprise environments. My aim is simple: fewer surprises in UAT and production, more confidence in every release.
A big part of my role is relationship building. I spend time with stakeholders beyond formal meetings—listening, clarifying expectations, and being transparent when something is hard or will take longer. I believe long-term partnerships are built on this kind of honesty, not slides alone.
