• Client: Pizza Hut International, Dallas, Texas
• Pizza Hut International collaborated with a 3rd party POS Solution Provider IIKO and with TCS to rollout a global scale deployment of its new POS solution for all its franchisees throughout the globe.
• TCS played a key role in this deployment providing from infrastructure, integration, application, hardware support to 24x7 Helpdesk support as well.
• Worked as one of the key members of the application team right from start by taking part in the first introductory discussion sessions with business engagement team based on USA.
• Primarily vested upon the role Technical Lead of META region, later provided Technical leadership for APAC region as well.
• Directly worked with PHI program management team, 3rd party POS solution provider and as well as the Franchisee team to provide most optimal solution best suited for all the parties.
• Took major participation on integrating the newly implemented POS solution with the other existing systems of Franchisee so that there is no impact in the overall ecosystem of how things work.
• Tried to understand different pain-points for each Franchisee of different geographies and provided customized solutions for them.
• Also, provided a centralized system for PHI headquarters from where they can monitor and regulate the sales, inventory and other activities of all Franchisees.
• This was made possible by implementing a complete cloud based solution hosted in Aws.
• Provided onshore deployment support for first rollout of this solution in APAC region in Singapore, for a pilot store.

It replaced the older Asdale/Asda clothing labels of the seventies and eighties. This is marketed as quality fashion clothing at affordable prices.
• Worked for applications which are being used for Supply Chain Management, Sales Forecasting for different clothing lines using different Microsoft technologies (.Net, MS BI, VBA).

• Responsibilities:
• Provided onsite implementation support (Philippines)
• Participated in discussions of requirement analysis and designing.
• Technical specification and High Level Design writing.
• Development.
• Testing.
• Have involved in the development of PMI ISMS@iOS for Ukraine, Philippines and Czech Republic/Slovakia affiliates, both of them having three different phases of development. For implementation support went to Philippines.
• Have also upgraded the system to iOS 8.x for various affiliates like (India, Lebanon, and Columbia) single handedly.
