• o Sold first waste metal refining plant in Malaysia with dual metal recovery system namely Copper and Nickel.
• o Key member in the development of EMEW Polishing cells capable of stripping silver below 5 ppm
• o Sold first commercial Polishing Plant to one of the biggest precious metal refinery in India
• o Successfully stripped copper to below 500ppm in commercial EMEW cells for tertiary liberator cells in Aurubis Hamburg, Germany.
• o Presented paper on copper recovery as cathodes from tertiary liberator cells, which is the biggest problem in the Copper Refineries.
• o Successfully demonstrated the silver recovery on cyanide solution for mining operations in Russia which eventually converted to sale of largest EMEW Silver Cells sold.
• o Instrumental in relationship with Hindustan Copper Limited which bought Copper plant for liberator operation.
• o One of its kind Nickel Recovery Process Engineering sold to Sterlite India

• Responsible for the Business development and Sales of emew Plants in Indian Subcontinent as well as Process Testings across the globe.
• o Improved the efficiency of Mumbai based silver refinery output from below 50% of rated capacity to more than 1.2 times the rated capacity with series of improvement measures ranging from Process Optimization, Filtration Optimization and Technological changes.
• o This led to the expansion of refinery which became the world's biggest emew Silver plant with 1.5 ton/day silver refining capacity.
• o Sold First commercial emew Plant for Nickel in India with capacity as 120 ton/annum

• Responsible for Installation & Commissioning of patented EMEW Technology in Indian Market.
• o Installed and commission one of the biggest emew plant with 150 ton/annum Silver and 100 ton/annum Copper in Southern India
• o Installed and commission copper refinery in Iran with capacity of 100 ton/annum on latest EMEW process design.
• o Various pilot testing at sites in Europe, US and China.

• o Conducted an exhaustive audit to calculate the turn-around period of different SKU’s and developed a model to generate the optimum bottle inventory

• IMPROVISING LOW ORDER FILL RATES (OFR) OF MODERN TRADE
• o Analyzed and studied the supply chain process of modern trade divisions of PepsiCo and retail outlets like BigBazar, for prime reasons causing low OFR
• o Investigated the bottom up network to explore inefficiencies in the distribution
• network and suggested strategies to increase the OFR from 26% to 42%
