My name is Chanchal Kumari . I completed my graduation in 2017 with B.com ( Accounts Honours). I had start my career with teaching while continuing my graduation from 2014 to 2017 after that I shifted in Ranchi and joined a private firm as Store Manager in Oct 2017. This Company deals in Commercial Reverse Osmosis Plant. Where, I have to manage B2B clients, Accounts, etc. After this I Joined Heritage Toyota which is an authorized Toyota Dealership in Jun 2019 and worked there almost 2 years. Then I joined Titan Nissan in March 2022 as Customer Relationship Manager. I worked in this dealership till Oct 2024. Over the past 7 Years, I have developed a solid foundation in handling customer interactions, resolving concerns efficiently, and building long-term clients relationships.
